Return Policy

At Damico, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Return Window: You may return the item within 10 days from the date of receiving the product.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@damico.in and they will guide you through the return process.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the product is returned to us via a secure mailing service with tracking information.

  4. Condition of the Item: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact, We reserve the right to deny return if the product shows signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing or transit.

  5. Refund: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

1. Contact Us: Email us at Customerservice@damico.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Important Notes

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Replacements are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • We reserve the right to deny replacement/return if the product shows signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing or transit.
  • Requests received after 10 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, If the item is eligible for a return, we will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

 

3. Refund or Replacement: After we receive the returned item, we will process either a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product within 4 - 7  business days.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

For Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

 

For Customer Errors: If the return is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong size or design), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of ₹79 per item.

 

4. No Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are subject to the same return policies, 
  • Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Late Returns: Returns made after the 10 day period from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
